Duties and Responsibilities:

- Initiating special studies and statistical analyses to identify trends, deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Managing and maintaining MISs, performing FSA duties, and coordinating MIS product development.
- Informing and advising senior managers on maintenance management issues and recommendations.
Specialty Qualifications:
- Knowledge Required: Understanding of maintenance and operations management procedures, statistical and analytical data system design procedures, MIS operation, and desktop computer use.
- Education: High school completion with courses in algebra, English composition, effective writing, and typing is desirable.
- Training: Completion of a basic maintenance data systems analysis course is mandatory for entry-level qualification.
- Experience: Progression through qualification levels requires experience in analysis activities and supervising analysis functions.
