2F Fuels

2F is an Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) for fuels. A 2F0X1 maintains and operates fuels and cryogenic facilities and equipment. They also: Receive, store, and issue petroleum, cryogenics, and alternative fuel products Perform quality analysis on petroleum and cryogenics products Perform preventative and operator maintenance on fuel dispensing vehicles and handling equipment, fuels dispensing systems, and facilities Prepare receipt, inventory, and issue documents to support fuel and cryogenic product accountability A 2F0X1 must have experience in functions such as: Receipt, issue, and transfer operations from mechanical fuel storage systems and cryogenic storage Operating available mobile refueling equipment
