8A200 Enlisted Aide

8A200 is the special duty identifier for Enlisted Aides in the military. Enlisted Aides perform tasks that would otherwise take away from the primary duties of general and flag officers. These tasks include: Preparing and serving meals Cleaning quarters Maintaining grounds Bartending Enlisted Aides come from all AFSCs, including: Security Forces, Administration, Medic, Transportation. Enlisted Aides are authorized to relieve officers of minor tasks and details. They support commanders from behind the scenes.
