8R300 is the Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) for a Third-Tier Recruiter.
Air Force recruiters are nominated by their commanders and selected for duty. They attend a seven-week training course at the Air Force Recruiting School at Lackland AFB, Texas.

Organize and conduct programs to recruit personnel
Conduct nonprior service recruiting programs
Interview, screen, test, and evaluate applicants from civilian sources
