9F000 First Term Airmen Center (FTAC) NCOIC

9F000 is the Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) for the First Term Airmen Center (FTAC) NCOIC. The FTAC is a week-long course that happens every two weeks. It’s designed to help Airmen transition from technical school to real world operations. The course includes: Mentorship Mandatory briefings from agencies such as sexual assault, security forces, safety, legal, and finance Reinforcing lessons learned in basic military training and technical training Developing warrior ethos and continued expeditionary mindset The FTAC NCOIC provides each new Airman with a roadmap for success.
