14 Air and Missile Defense

The 14 series military occupational specialty (MOS) in the Army is for Air Defense Artillery (ADA). Soldiers in this series specialize in anti-aircraft weapons, such as surface-to-air missiles. They use networked computers, communications systems, and radar to detect, warn, and defend against aerial attacks.

To be eligible for these jobs, you need at least a 99 in the mechanical maintenance (MM) aptitude area and a 98 in the general technical (GT) aptitude area on the ASVAB.
