140A Command and Control Systems Integrator
The Army MOS 140A is a Command and Control Systems Integrator. Their primary mission is to maintain and train air defense mission command systems. They are experts in computer repair and management and understand how to operate all Army hardware and software.
Their duties include: Supervising, planning, maintaining, managing, and coordinating all joint data link operations Supervising, coordinating, planning, and managing the operations and integration of the Joint Multi-Tactical Data Link (TDL) Architecture (MTA) Training for command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) systems
The 140A MOS also analyzes and interprets technical data employment in the communications network between the Army, Marine, Navy, Air Force, and Joint Tactical Air Operations. They may operate within a Joint Interface Control Cell (JICC) in roles, from JICC Watch Officer up to the Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO).
