150A Air Traffic And Air Space Management Technician
The Army MOS 150A is an Air Traffic and Air Space Management Technician. They supervise and manage personnel in an Air Traffic Control organization. They also supervise the effective use of air traffic control (ATC) equipment and personnel.
The 150A also supervises: Combat support and fixed base facility operations procedures Airspace management functions Fixed base ATC training and rating programs Combat support training and certification programs
To become a 150A, you must: Be an active-duty, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard enlisted Soldier Have at least 5 years experience in the MOS 15Q: Air Traffic Control Be an E5 Sergeant or above Demonstrate expert proficiency in your skill and craft Show a drive for growth in areas like leadership and discipline Meet other success requirements
The 150A provides guidance, advice, and counsel to commanders and other staff members. They also provide guidance and technical input to subordinate ATC element and other staff elements and commanders at all levels.
