152E AH-64E Pilot
Army MOS 152E is a Warrant Officer who pilots and commands assigned aircraft. They plan flights, consider factors like weight, fuel, route, and altitude, and supervise loading and unloading of aircraft. They also coordinate, conduct, and direct combat attack/scout helicopter operations, joint air attack team operations, and indirect fire missions. They participate in anti-armor operations, reconnaissance missions, security missions, and combat maneuver operations.
To become a U.S. Army pilot, you need to complete extensive training. This includes attending Warrant Officer Candidate School for six weeks, followed by Warrant Officer Pilot School and flight training, which lasts anywhere from 12 to 18 months.
