155E C-12 Pilot

The Army MOS 155E is a C-12 pilot. The 155E MOS is for warrant officers who pilot fixed-wing utility aircraft. They fly in tactical and non-tactical conditions, day and night, and in all types of weather. They transport passengers and cargo.

The 155E MOS includes: Planning flights Supervising loading and unloading of aircraft Operating aircraft in all types of weather Performing instrument flight procedures Interpreting airborne weather radar

Army pilots fly fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, and unmanned aircraft (drones). They conduct surveillance, gather intelligence, and engage in combat, rescue, and humanitarian missions.

The Army uses the Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) to classify enlisted soldiers and warrant officers. The MOS can change over time as soldiers gain new competencies and are promoted.
