17B Cyber Electromagnetic Warfare Officer AOC

The Army MOS 17B is a Cyber and Electronic Warfare Officer. These officers are responsible for cyber protection and integration. They lead and coordinate electronic attacks, oversee electronic protection, and provide support with electronic warfare.

The 17B is well-versed in tactics, techniques, and procedures for performing CO and EW missions. They are trained in: Electronics theory Communications and electromagnetic spectrum-based attacks Electromagnetic attack, support, and protection CEMA support to operations EW ground operations

The Army Cyber forces are deployed globally, conducting defensive and offensive cyber operations 24/7.
