351M Counter-Intelligence Technician

The Army MOS 351M is a Human Intelligence Collection Technician.

Their duties include: Interrogating and debriefing according to regulations, including the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) Conducting and supervising both tactical and strategic interrogation-related duties, including Military Source Operations (MSO) Providing technical guidance and direction to subordinate elements conducting full spectrum or specific MSO Supervising all interrogation, debriefing, and Human Source Contact Operations (HSCO) Directing Military Source Operations (MSO), interrogations, screenings, and overt debriefings in English and foreign language Integrating cultural intelligence and analysis into HUMINT operations Advising the Command and staff on HUMINT operations, training, policies, and procedures
