51T Test and Evaluation

The Army MOS 51T is a technical engineering specialist who supervises or participates in construction site development. They may also plan, design, and document experiments, tests, and evaluations.

Duties of a 51T include: Supervising technical engineering related to construction surveying, drafting, and testing of construction materials Planning, designing, and documenting experiments, tests, and evaluations Conducting and controlling tests Evaluating test data Integrating test results of the evaluation Providing recommendations on the suitability and effectiveness of articles under test against established requirements
