60P Pediatrician

The Army MOS 60P is a Pediatrician Officer who examines, diagnoses, and treats childhood diseases. They also recommend courses of management for childhood diseases. Pediatricians provide medical and emergency care for the children of military personnel. They examine patients, review case histories, order and interpret medical tests, diagnose disease and injury, and prescribe or provide treatment. Pediatricians are equipped to examine, diagnose, and treat childhood diseases during humanitarian missions, contingency operations, and peacetime.

The Army MOS 60P is open to both active and reserve officers. There are no restrictions.
