68V Respiratory Specialist
The Army MOS 68V is a respiratory specialist. They help patients of all ages with respiratory and pulmonary function testing and emergency care. They also assist physicians in the care, examination, and treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the respiratory and cardiac region.
Some of the duties of a respiratory specialist include: Administering respiratory therapy and performing pulmonary function tests Organizing and maintaining clinical files and keeping health records up-to-date Preparing blood samples for analysis in the lab Interviewing patients and recording their medical histories
