68Z Chief Medical NCO

The Army MOS 68Z is the Chief Medical NCO. The Chief Medical NCO is the principal non-commissioned officer who supervises and advises commanders on all matters pertaining to enlisted personnel. They also oversee the coordination and funding of clinical and medical operations.

The Chief Medical NCO is the principal advisor for the U.S. Army South Command Surgeon Cell. They have a staff of 28 officers, enlisted, and civilian personnel.
