68Z Chief Medical NCO
The Army MOS 68Z is the Chief Medical NCO. The Chief Medical NCO is the principal non-commissioned officer who supervises and advises commanders on all matters pertaining to enlisted personnel. They also oversee the coordination and funding of clinical and medical operations.
