70B Health Services Administration
The Army MOS 70B is an entry-level position for officers in the Army Health Services Administration. The 70B MOS is available to officers in the active duty, National Guard, or Reserve units.
The 70B MOS is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and advising unit commanders and staff in both medical and non-medical areas. They ensure the Army’s health care facilities run efficiently.
To qualify for the 70B MOS, candidates must meet the following requirements: Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident Be between the ages of 21 and 42 Have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Health Administration or Business Have an advanced degree in their medical field Have a license to practice medicine Be eligible for a secret
The 70B MOS is the entry point into the MFA and feeds the other AOCs. Training courses and assignments determine which AOC a candidate is designated.
