70C Health Services Comptroller

The Army Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 70C is Health Services Comptroller. A Health Services Comptroller is responsible for managing the Army’s health care system. They examine, manage, and certify military and civilian payrolls, travel, commercial accounts, and other vouchers and claims.
