70D Health Services Systems Management

The Army MOS 70D is Health Services System Management. This MOS advises and assists medical commanders and staff surgeons in health care information management and biomedical engineering. They also formulate policies and plans for the development, implementation, operation, and evaluation of patient-oriented information systems.

The MOS 70D also provides medical communication planning and management for Combat Casualty Care situations.

The MOS 70D falls under AMEDD, along with 70B (Healthcare Administration), 70E (Patient Administration), and Health services Plans, Operations and Intelligence.
