923A Petroleum Systems Technician
The Army MOS 923A is a Petroleum Systems Technician. They serve in staff positions that require petroleum experience, which could be at the battalion, brigade, division, corps, or Army level.
Their duties include: Determining requirements for bulk fuel and packaged petroleum products, storage space, and fuel/water systems Monitoring and supervising units engaged in petroleum operations Monitoring the acquisition, storage, inspection, testing, issue, and distribution of petroleum products
To become a Warrant Officer, you must be an active-duty, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard enlisted Soldier. You must also demonstrate expert proficiency in your skill and craft, and show a drive for growth in areas like leadership and discipline.
The enlisted feeder MOS is 92A. All Soldiers must have at least five years experience in the feeder MOS within the last eight years.
