92S Shower and Laundry Specialist

The Army MOS 92S is a Shower, Laundry, and Clothing Repair Specialist. These specialists work in all three departments.

Their duties include: Supervising or performing personnel laundry and shower operations Repairing personnel clothing and light textiles Dealing with laundry and clothing in bulk Separating laundry and clothing based on classification or other categories Sorting and issuing cleaned laundry and equipment to other soldiers

The 92S course focuses on bulk, individual, and organizational laundry procedures. Soldiers learn to review laundry lists for accuracy.

The 92S MOS is an active duty MOS. However, it will be a reserve only MOS in the near future.
