Revamp and execute training and development initiatives aimed at enhancing both individual and organizational performance.
Evaluate training requirements by conducting surveys, interviews with staff members, facilitating focus groups, or engaging in discussions with managers, instructors, or customer representatives. Participate in meetings or seminars to gather insights for the refinement of training programs or to provide management with updates on program progress. Oversee the recruitment and positioning of participants in training programs. Strategize, blueprint, coordinate, and lead orientation and training efforts for employees or clients within industrial or commercial enterprises. Create innovative training approaches in case anticipated enhancements do not materialize.
