The Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 7372 is for Tactical Systems Operators/Mission Specialists in the United States Marine Corps. These operators perform advanced navigation, threat assessment, and global mission planning tasks. They also conduct in-flight operations in a tactical environment, including: Tactical pilotage, Aerial refueling, Aerial delivery, Low-level flight, Night vision.
Marine Aerial Navigators start in MOS 7371 while they undergo aircraft model-specific training. After completing their training, they move into MOS 7372. Navigators who become warrant officers move into MOS 7380. To be considered for MOS 7380, applicants must have completed the Marine Aerial Navigation School at Randolph AFB, TX and have served as a Tactical Systems Operator/Mission Specialist.
