Summary

Fixed-Wing Aircraft Crew Chief, C-40A; are mission essential flight crew members who are responsible for monitoring aircraft systems, assisting in pre-flight/post-flight inspections, and supervising servicing functions for C-40A operations.

This MOS will be assigned as an NMOS.

Prerequisites

For a complete listing of prerequisites, refer to the USMC C-40A Training and Readiness Manual.

Requirements

Complete the training requirements for the C-40A Crew Chief designation, in accordance with the USMC C-40A Training and Readiness Manual.

Be designated, in writing by the commanding officer, as a qualified C-40A Crew Chief.
