Must successfully complete the MAWTS-1 Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course (M149711) Yuma, AZ.

Manage a unit’s Weapons and Tactics Training Program.

Perform classroom and operational instruction on various facets of the equipment/weapons systems.

Analyze performance and provide corrective guidance.

Instruct on current enemy capabilities and tactics to counter the threat.
