113X Special Warfare URL (UDT/SEAL)
113X is a United States Navy designator for an Unrestricted Line Officer (URL) who is qualified in Special Warfare. 113X officers are also known as Special Warfare Officers (SEALs).
To become a SEAL officer, applicants must meet the following requirements: Be between 17 and 28 years old Have vision correctable to 20/25
Attend and graduate from the following schools: 24-week “A” School, also known as Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) school Basic parachutist course 26-week SEAL Qualification Training program
Highly qualified candidates ages 29 and 30 may be eligible for waivers. Men with prior enlisted service as SEALs who are seeking to become SEAL Officers can request waivers to age 33.
