733X Aviation Maintenance CWO
The Aviation Maintenance CWO (733X) in the U.S. Navy serves as a technical advisor for naval aviation maintenance programs, policies, and processes. They also advise on the capabilities, limitations, and reliability of aircraft power plants, accessories, airframes, and ground support, safety, and survival equipment.
Aviation Maintenance Duty Officers: Keep lives safe and aircraft functioning properly every day Develop, establish, and implement maintenance and material management policies and procedures to support naval aircraft, airborne weapons, attendant systems, and related support equipment fleet-wide
The program is open to all “highly-qualified and hard-charging sailors” in E5 through E7 paygrades.
