Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with IT systems and infrastructure.
• Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Duties

• Manage IT infrastructure and services.
• Maintain networks and systems for space operations.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and protocols.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
• Deploy and configure software and hardware.
• Develop IT policies and procedures to support space missions.

Civilian IT professionals receive training in network administration, systems management, and cybersecurity.
