Summary
Many of our country’s greatest threats reside in cyberspace as bad actors try to extract critical information unseen to the untrained eye. Intelligence Analysts are expertly trained to identify, target and decipher these complex problems to ensure intelligence operations are accurate, efficient and secure from outside threats. Their critical thinking is vital in deciphering time-sensitive information to support our global operations and key decision makers.

Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Obtain a qualifying ASVAB score: minimum score of 62 in General.
- Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.
- Normal color vision required.
- Completion of Basic Military Training.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be between the ages of 17 and 42.
Duties
- Gather and analyze intelligence from multiple sources.
- Create intelligence products including briefings and reports.
- Support operational planning with timely intelligence.
- Track foreign space capabilities and threats.
- Assess potential adversary courses of action.
- Operate specialized intelligence systems and tools.

Intelligence training provides Guardians with the skills to gather, analyze, and disseminate critical information. Courses include intelligence fundamentals, analytical methods, reporting procedures, and briefing techniques. Specialists also learn about space-specific intelligence requirements and threats to space systems.
