&lt;li&gt;Active-duty sponsors must enroll qualifying dependents using DD Form 2792, DD Form 2792-1, or both.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Update EFMP enrollment at least every 3 years and sooner after any material medical, educational, or dependent-status change.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Submit a second-review request within the safest deadline of 14 calendar days after an assignment non-recommendation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Service EFMP respite provides standard levels of 20 or 32 hours per month after an eligibility review.&lt;/li&gt;
