How to fill out the Worksheet (MCO 6100.13A)
A personal score sheet for the Physical Fitness Test and Combat Fitness Test. The official score is what the unit records in MCTIMS; this sheet helps you track raw scores, points, and the targets you need for a first-class score or a better JEPES and FITREP. When: Before and after each test. The PFT is run in the first half of the calendar year and the CFT in the second half; check your unit's schedule.
Step by step
- Enter your age group and whether you hold a combat arms PMOS. Since 1 January 2026 combat arms Marines are scored on the male age-normed PFT tables and must reach 210 points (MARADMIN 613/25).
- PFT: record pull-ups or push-ups, the plank time, and the 3-mile run (or 5,000-meter row where authorized), then look up points in MCO 6100.13A.
- CFT: record Movement to Contact time, Ammunition Lift reps, and Maneuver Under Fire time, then look up points.
- Total each test and note the class. Every event must meet its minimum or the test is a failure regardless of total.
- Write targets for the next test: the raw score you need per event to reach the class or JEPES percentile you want.
What a strong one looks like
- Pull-ups score up to 100 points; push-ups are capped at 70. If you can do pull-ups, train them.
- The plank uses one table for every Marine: 1:10 is the minimum and 3:45 earns full points.
- Classes on both tests: 1st class 235-300, 2nd class 200-234, 3rd class 150-199.
- Altitude above 4,500 feet uses the adjusted run and row tables.
Common mistakes
- Assuming a high total passes when one event is below its minimum.
- Using last year's tables. Scoring changes arrive by MCO change or MARADMIN.
- Skipping body composition. Waist-to-height ratio above 0.52 sends you to body fat testing (MARADMIN 066/26).
