The Marine Corps MOS 0631 is for Network Administrators. Network Administrators install, operate, and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) to enable command and control. Their duties include: Routing/switching configuration Cybersecurity Premise wiring Installation of network components Verifying data integrity and accuracy

The Network Administrator Course (NAC) is a course offered by the Communication Training Battalion (CTB). The course covers skills required for planning and employing Marine Corps communications systems. The course has evolved into the current Basic Communications Officer Course (BCOC), which is a 21-week course.
