Recruiting Officer-Operational Experts advise the commander on policy and operational matters at the district, regional, and national headquarters levels.

Requirements

Complete the Recruiting Management Course (RMC) (C078062).

Complete the Executive Officer Course (C0768W2); or the Operations Course (C07MAT2).

Successfully complete a tour as a Recruiting Station Executive Officer or Operations Officer.

Duties

Supervise officer procurement efforts at the National Headquarters, Regional, and District echelons.

Participate in recruiting operations.

Exercise supervisory authority in fiscal matters.

Act as the program manager for the high school/community college program, NROTC program, certificate awards program, and the DoD Student Testing Program.
