27B Military Judge

The US Army MOS 27B is a Military Judge. Military Judges preside over trials in general and special courts-martial. They coordinate legal actions with the legal office, defense counsel, and commanders. They also prepare legal documents for hearings and courts-martial.

The US Army MOS 27B may also refer to a Land Combat Support System Test Specialist. These specialists operate and perform maintenance on test stations and shop equipment. They also supervise unit and intermediate maintenance on LCSS. To become a Land Combat Support System Test Specialist, you must complete the MOS 27B course at the U.S. Army Ordnance Missile and Munitions Center and School. You may also be eligible if you meet the civilian acquired skills criteria listed in AR 601-210.
