Functional Area (FA) 57 Simulation Operations is a career field for Army officers who specialize in creating realistic simulation environments. These officers are experts in the integration of Battle Command Systems and Simulations. They develop and operate simulation systems for equipment and weapons systems training and military operations. They also advise commanders on how to integrate simulation systems into training plans.
