91F Small Arms/Towed Artillery Repairer
The Army MOS 91F is a Small Arms/Towed Artillery Repairer. They perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of weapons, including small arms, field artillery, large ballistic missiles, and towed artillery. They also troubleshoot faults and other malfunctions.
The MOS 91F is open to enlisted, officers, active duty, Army Reserve, and Army National Guard. There is no Department of Defense security clearance required for this position. However, normal color vision is required.
The MOS 91F receives AIT at Fort Lee, Virginia. The school lasts 7 weeks. Soldiers are taught about electronic and mechanical concepts, and how to understand schematics, blueprints, drawings, and wiring diagrams.
