19Z Armor Senior Sergeant

The 19Z MOS in the Army is a Senior Armor Sergeant. They plan, coordinate, and supervise activities related to organization, training, combat operations, and combat intelligence. They also supervise operations centers at battalion and higher-level units.

The 19Z MOS is the principal NCO in an armor company, cavalry troop, or operations and intelligence staff sections. They are responsible for all tank and cavalry/forward reconnaissance operations on the battlefield.
