25A Signal Operations
The Army’s Signal Corps is responsible for all communication systems for the entire Army. The 25A MOS is a Signal Officer. Signal Officers plan and execute all aspects of communication for a mission. They maintain the Army’s voice, data, and information systems.
They also: Provide advice and technical direction to commanders and staffs Make tactical decisions Coordinate employment of Signal Soldiers at all levels of command Develop doctrine, organizations, and equipment for unique Signal missions
Signal Officers must obtain and maintain a Top-Secret (TS) security clearance with Special Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) access.
