183X Intelligence Officer
183X is the military occupational specialty (MOS) for a Special Duty Officer in the U.S. Navy. Intelligence Officers assist in the collection, evaluation, and dissemination of naval intelligence. They also participate in reconnaissance missions and the interrogation of prisoners.
Intelligence Officers may serve anywhere in the world, including: Large ships Aircraft squadrons Intelligence production centers Bases and installations on shore
